Abstract

The clinical data from a patients presenting with post-traumatic stress apparently asymptomatic for 18 years and symptomatology appears after 18 years of the routine experience. An increasing significant disease entity is approached. To a better description a bibliographic review of the more recent publications on this subject is carried out. The objective of present paper was to demonstrate that the post-traumatic stress disorder is a health condition to be taken into an account in a person with intensive emotional experience to make an early diagnosis. We conclude that in present case, the posttraumatic stress disorder was initially present in a partial way increasing after a determined circumstance adopting all symptoms necessary for its typical presentation.
