Abstract

Emotional education responds to social needs, and contributes to the fulfillment of the purpose of education, which is the integral formation of the personality (physical, intellectual, moral, social, emotional development). It is an education for life and becomes an object of research for education professionals. This paper addresses the techniques that can be used in the teaching-learning process for the stimulation of self-knowledge, self-control, the ability to work as a team. These techniques are explained taking into account: the objectives for the direction of the teaching-learning process, advantages, and an example for its implementation and recommendations for teachers who want to use them in their daily practice.
