Abstract

This paper intends to compile in the profuse but scattered Marti pedagogical work, the relative to its focus on integral formation during the teaching exercise, in particular, from the vision of educational work in class. The criteria of students of the subject are analyzed, but intending them towards the objectives of this article, grouping ideas and actions that give practical sense to the exploitation of the educational potentialities in the classes and to the constant improvement of the teacher training. We begin by presenting a synopsis of the short but intense journey of the master Marti in the direct sense of the term. Then, a look at the evolution and deepening in the assimilation by our thinkers of the philosophical and pedagogical ideology of the Apostle and in a third moment we try to form an idea of the principles and directions that can be inferred from the analysis of his work.
