Abstract

MARTINEZ VAZQUEZ, Griselda  and  ESPINOSA YANES, Alejandro. Building of Entrepreneurial and Technological Capacities. The Case of a Small Technology Push Mexican Enterprise. Econ. y Desarrollo [online]. 2017, vol.158, n.2, pp. 117-128. ISSN 0252-8584.

In an economic scenario dominated by ambiguity, we wonder about the capacities that companies require to stay within the market and to face what is recurring in the experiences throughout Latin America: companies' closures, with its multiple repercussions, as much for capital owners as for workers. Subjects' attributes to overcome the crisis are not product of spontaneous generation, but the construction of personal trajectories (single-social histories) in the socio-labor experiences. This is the place where we focus on, in the active presence of men and women, socially shaped, who assume in an active way the business activity, setting strategies for company development and future.

Keywords : business action; entrepreneurial and technological capacities; entrepreneur.
