Cuba urgently needs increasing its investment levels for revitalizing its economy. Current structure of Cuban economy is highly sensitive to changes occurring in international markets. Growing of Foreign Investment and future scenes where this investment will take place need to strengthen the analysis of feasibility which validates the advisability of such investment, even in complex conditions. Rules for assessing investments in the country are getting stronger and they demand a continuous improvement, so that the decisions made do not put into risk the estimated economic growth.
