The STABILAK ® is a product developed at CENSA form more than a decade, under the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The aim of this study was to show the results of the implementation of GMP in the period 2000-20009, and the benefits in performance, consistency of process and product quality. The behavior of five indicators: were studied non-conformities identified on internal and external audits, production yields, growth dynamics of production volumes, indicators of product quality and Six Sigma level. The review of batch records, reports from internal and external audits and reports of laboratory analysis of physical chemical control demonstrated that the manufacture and feasibility of STABILAK® product has improved in the period after the application consistently and systematically improved principles of GMP, reaching to cover 103 million liters of milk.
