Abstract

FRANCO FLORES, Fernando et al. Barleria prionitis, a new record for the Cuban ruderal flora. Ctro. Agr. [online]. 2021, vol.48, n.2, pp. 79-83.  Epub Apr 01, 2021. ISSN 0253-5785.

The presence of Barleria prionitis L., a naturalized species of the Acanthaceae family, is confirmed in Cuba in the ruderal flora of Boyeros and La Lisa municipalities, in the Havana province. Information is provided on nomenclature, phenotype, distribution, uses, and possible threat to urban ecosystems.
