This paper attempts to address the complexity and clarity of speech by the leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro Ruz, in his memorable speech of November 27, 2005 in the auditorium of the University of Havana. One of the central objectives of the test is related to the reversibility of Cuban socialism. At the same time, emphasis on culture as a central activity in the construction of Cuban socialism is. Finally, and through contemporary examples, problems of the current Cuban reality are addressed.
