Abstract

This essay is about the born, the development and utilization of cybernetic from decade of forties of past century until our days. It includes the analysis of three great personalities: Weiner, Beer y Glushkov. It analyses three of bigger cybernetic projects: SYNCO in Chile, OGAS in Soviet Union and socialist community of countries, and Internet. It analyses the relation between ideology and science in these projects. The cybernetic is a non-structured and transversal science, and it influences in all other sciences, included the jurisprudence. For this reason, the author makes a brief analysis about the advantages of considerer its principles, methods and techniques in order to increase the efficacy of jurisprudence.
