Abstract

CRUZ RUIZ, Alegna  and  DIAZ PEREZ, Maiky. Successful organizations and happy workers, a critical look from the science of the spirit. UH [online]. 2019, n.288, pp. 159-173.  Epub Sep 01, 2019. ISSN 0253-9276.

The present article takes as an inspiration and point of departure the Martian ideology on welfare and happiness. Due to its scientific-popular nature, it is positioned in an area of closeness and confluence of the welfare and happiness categories, at the same time ascribing ourselves to the concept of happiness. From autochthonous axiological references, and taking as a starting point the reflections of the Martian ideology on human improvement, it is deepened in the study of current models about happiness in different domains of the life of the human being and specifically in the working world. The work ends with a reflection on the possibilities of applying practices of well-being and organizational happiness in our educational and work contexts, understanding work as an activity that allows the expression of positive emotions, strengths and potentialities.

Keywords : Martian ideology; Organizational happiness; Organizational psychology.
