Abstract

TAPIA UBILLUS, Alex Miguel  and  GRANADOS ROMERO, Jesús María. Role of Aprioristic Theories in Building Young Professor's Professional Identity. Rev. Cubana Edu. Superior [online]. 2017, vol.36, n.2, pp. 76-94. ISSN 0257-4314.

This paper presents the results of a piece of research on young professors of the Faculty of Philosophy, Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil. The beginning of their careers as professors is described and examined, and the role actually played by theories in building professional identity is determined. The results show that this methodology gradually improves with acquiring knowledge, and it is influenced by the atmosphere at the University where professors teach.
