The present work is aimed evaluating the potentialities of the graduates' follow-up process (GFP) towards the professional guidance of the students and candidates to engineering careers. It is based on data obtained by the Employment Exchange and Graduates´ Follow-up of the Faculty of Mechanic and Electric Engineering (FIME) (Facultad de Ingeniería Mecánica y Eléctrica) in Mexico.
