Abstract

ASCON VILLA, Jimmy Eduardo; GARCIA GONZALEZ, Máryuri  and  LAJARA CRUZ, Adrián de Jesús. Management Skills Pyramid at Higher Education Institutions. Rev. Cubana Edu. Superior [online]. 2019, vol.38, n.3  Epub Dec 01, 2019. ISSN 0257-4314.

More and more theories of developing management skills at higher education institutions have been formulated in order to properly deal with processes. No hierarchy in management skills acquisition and development in a series of steps has been identified neither in Latin America nor in the rest of the world. That is why this research was aimed at theoretically studying the graded series of management skills, the various stages of acquiring these, and their overlapping. Leadership is at the top of the management skills pyramid, with it representing success.

Keywords : management skills; Higher Education Institutions; leadership.
