Abstract
DEPAZ-LEYVA, Yoania and ORTIZ-TORRES, Emilio-Alberto. Exploratory Research on the Use of Persuasion in Communication between Professors and Students in Classrooms. Rev. Cubana Edu. Superior [online]. 2019, vol.38, n.3, e10. Epub Dec 01, 2019. ISSN 0257-4314.
The excessive use of persuasion in interpersonal communication in classrooms at universities has not always positively affected education, which has caused knowledge to become depersonalized. Students not always personalize knowledge acquired in professional training, so that what was learned is forgotten, that is, too many lessons are given, but they fail to have practical application. In view of this problem, an exploratory research on the use of persuasion in communication between professors and students was carried out, because not all intervention and oral influence have a rational basis - there are statements lacking rationality, but having a positive effect. This paper is aimed at presenting some results of the use of persuasion in communication between professors and students, obtained in an exploratory research through observation and personal interviews.
Keywords : Interpersonal communication; teaching-learning process at universities; a supported theory.
