Abstract

This paper is aimed at briefly presenting the results of the piece of research “Theoretical and Methodological Conception of Humane Training of Teachers on the Basis of José Martí’s Oeuvre”. Dialectical materialism was the approach adopted, and theoretical and empirical methods of research were used in order to collect, process, and present data. The results suggest a body of practical measures to be taken in educational strategies for academic years. These measures are theoretically based on José Martí’s conception of education. Their practicability is confirmed in training processes.
