This work studied learning, adopting the cultural-historical approach, specially the theory of subjectivity as its psychological foundation. Major aspects of the design and creation of online courses, and the failure of these to consider learning as a subjective process were examined. Online courses which will be based on the theory of subjectivity are suggested as ways for eliminating this failure.
