The objective of this work is to evaluate financially the brand of the Professional Institutes (PIs) of Chile, one of the most relevant actors of the Technical-Professional Higher Education (ESTP) of the country, non-university organizations and to know the factors that influence its value. For this purpose, a method of "multiple valuation" was used for the 43 institutions based on their financial information for the years 2015-2017. Among the most significant results we can mention that 22,2 % of the PIs have a positive brand value. Coincident with these, the most relevant variable was the "university dependence", that is, those institutions that are related in the property with a university, obtain statistically a greater value of brand.
