Abstract

Introduction: This work was carried out during the first semester, 2020. The evaluation of three users who train in Santa Ana Medical Center Building gym is presented here. General Objective: Identify the effects of an exercise prescription program to optimize body composition by improving muscle tone. Methodology: The review of the databases yielded 11 functional articles (from the database: SportDiscus (1), Scielo (3), Google Scholar (5), Scopus (2); an "experimental explanatory" investigation was carried out). with a quasi-experimental design, developed longitudinally, prospectively and with a mixed approach. Results: It was possible to strengthen the practice of sport in systematized physical activity and exercise. Conclusions: There was significant and comprehensive progress in the basic components of the exercise prescription, in an integral and appropriate way for the improvement of the body composition and physical condition of the people involved.
