FRANCISCO, Carolina; JOAO PINTO, Francisco; LOMBILLO RIVERO, Ideleichy  and  AMADOR LORENZO, Elio Lázaro. Conceptual bases for formation the integral environmental culture in angolan students. Rev. Cubana Edu. Superior [online]. 2023, vol.42, n.2  Epub May 20, 2023. ISSN 0257-4314.

The article that is presented arises from the question: what role should Angolan education play to promote from scientifically based conceptions, a coherent formation with the development of a comprehensive environmental culture in our high school students? The general objective of the study was to establish the conceptual bases on the development of this culture in students of upper secondary education in Angola. Theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used. The global balance of the use of these methods allowed to relieve the historicity, and actuality of the problem; as well as, it evidenced the absence of strategies for the management of cultural-environmental training in students, which makes it possible to integrate knowledge, habits and values in their daily life in pursuit of the care and conservation of the planet; concluding that it is necessary to invest more in the preparation and training of teachers and students, providing them with methodological tools that allow developer learning.
