This article resumes some aspects from academic life at Higer Politechic School of Bie at “José Eduardo Dos Santos”University in Republic of Angola , during the first course of psychology carreer there with cuban model. Trough the FODA matrix and documents review was made with the goal of summaryze information to be analyze with the quality points. That’s the way to recognize to the history about how cuban and professor were working there to develop higer education as part of MES-Universities plain,signed from 2014.
