Abstract

NAPOLES, María C et al. Influencia de inoculantes y factores edáficos en el rendimiento de la soya. cultrop [online]. 2009, vol.30, n.3, pp. 18-22. ISSN 0258-5936.

The efficiency of biological nitrogen fixation is conditioned by different factors, mainly by every participant´s role in soil, plant and microorganism interaction. This work evaluates the effect of some soil factors as pH, available phosphorus content, organic matter content, nitrates and Bradyrhizobium population, as well as two inoculants on soybean yield in different sites of Argentina. The analysis of factors proved that, despite everyone influenced on it, only pH, Bradyrhizobium population existing in the soils tested and inoculant quality have a significant effect on yield. Plants growing on acid soils with a low bacteria population, which had been inoculated with an induced biopreparation, showed higher yields.

Keywords : Bradyrhizobium; soybean; edaphic factors.
