The presence of a pseudotumor was detected in 2 hemophylic patients, one with FIX deficit and the other with FVIII deficit. The first patient was successfully treated with fresh plasma and radiation for presenting a pseudotumor in the fourth finger of the righ hand. The other case with hemophilia A had a pseudotumor in the fifth finger of the left hand that caused an extensive bone destruction. Surgical resection of the tumor was perfomed in this case
