For the participants, the wear and t ear is inherent in the origin of this service which to face extreme situations of the life and death provoking physical and emotional stress. These situations become severe due to working conditions that not contribute to improve the performance and to increase the risk of accidents for worker, as well as due to excessive working hours derived from multiple labor links.
