Summary We studied some of the psychosocial factors influencing on the teaching-educative process and the learning and behavioral alterations in primary school students. We knew the most frequent age and sex in which the teaching-educative process is affected, we established a relationship between the style of participation of the child and the teaching alterations, and evaluated the intellectual functioning and the main conflict areas. It was observed a predominance of the behavorial disorders over the learning disorders, an intellectual functioning within the normal limits, as well as an adequate neuromotor maturation, a high incidence of non-transitory family crises, alteration in the family atmosphere and a poor family functioning.
