Two cases of tuberculosis diagnosed at "Mártires de Calabazar" health area are presented. The first is a malnourished and alcoholic 46-year-old woman with previous history of being a contact of tuberculosis and with more than one month of evolution. The second is a 15-old-month girl, intradomiciliary contact of the first, with a test of hyperergic tuberculin. Microbiological and radiological studies were indicated.The latter showed signs that revealed the diagnosis. A complete, specific treatment under direct observation was applied with a high clinic of both cases.
