Specialized Nursing training in Cuba is aimed to train specialists with residency level from a curriculum based on competences. Nowadays there is a ongoing project approved by branch program of Health Investigations and Services and the carrying out of workshops with the research team to define the functions, abilities, knowledge, and competences of this specialty. In present paper is showed the result of the last workshop where for the first time is established the relation between contents, abilities, and competences of future graduates.
