A modelling of factors determining the communication among Medicine colleagues is presented. Factor are grouped in three domains namely the organizing context, personality qualities of those intervening in the communication, specially the communicative styles and as third domain the interaction degree among colleagues of different specialties. According to this latter domain the multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary levels are defined.
