Abstract

CRUZ RUBIO, Shirley Gigiola. Educational systematization. An experience on hematology. Educ Med Super [online]. 2017, vol.31, n.1, pp.203-214. ISSN 0864-2141.

The systematization in education emerged in Latin America at the beginning of the eighties, under the methodology of participatory research as a process that "empowers, produces the knowing and knowledge", later on its application scope is broadened up to reaching processes framed within positivism, such as the health sciences. As a collective construction and analytical reflection, the experience seeks to observe, in a conscious way, the environment in which the practice of observation for students of the fifth semester of Bacteriology and clinical laboratory in the local blood bank is developed, in order to encourage the constant self-assessment of the process, meaningful and collaborative learning, as well as minimizing the boundaries between basic component subjects and the students' clinical practices.

Keywords : hematology; education; learning; assessment; innovation.
