The results obtained in the treatment of injuries of the flexor tendons of the hand occurred in zone II in 7 patients (10 fingers) by using the early active mobilization and the pharmacological control of the inflammatory response and of the tendinous adherences with allopurinol are shown. Satisfactory results were obtained in 9 fingers.
