Abstract

A review of the literature on Trevor's disease, its clinical, radiographic and anatomopathological signs is made. A patient aged 10 months, whose right knee had been in flexion without responding to passive movements since he was 6 is presented. The radiographies with the findings obtained are shown. The injury is removed by arthroscopy and his diagnosis is concluded. He is the youngest patient found in our casuistics.
