The intellectual property management in organizations becomes more important in an economic environment increasingly globalized. It is our intention through the present paper, to show a theoretical and methodological proposal for the intellectual property management in the Cuban state enterprise, consisting of a conceptual model that is implemented through procedures and a system of indicators, on whose application the selected enterprises, there has been an increase in the distinctive signs protected, combined with records copyright, and the consolidation of portfolios of I+D+i intellectual property assets that promote the increase of its capacity for innovation and technological development.
