Abstract

PONJUAN DANTE, Gloria  and  VIERA VALDES, Lilian R. The leadership as part of the information literacy : case of estudy. ACIMED [online]. 2012, vol.23, n.4, pp.404-411. ISSN 1024-9435.

Some conceptual approaches concerning the components o an informational culture are outlined. In these approaches the role of leadership is put forward for promoting and multiplying informational literacy efforts. The results of a survey carried out with professionals that were trained in different modules of information literacy are introduced. Some results are presented emphasizing how these professionals assume leadership multiplying among their colleagues and family these issues related to the access and use of information.
