A case of a white, 25 years old-man with history of non determined etiology anemia, who was admitted to our hospital with significant cutaneous pallor, jaundice and weakness. He was diagnosed as cairging an inherited microspherocytosis, and presenting also an associated coldithiasis. Results of diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
