Arterial hypertension was the associated disease with higher frequency. The 98, 4% of patients were discharged before 24 hours of postoperatory. The conversion to open surgery was performed in 0, 4% of the operated. Complications occured in 0, 9% and there was not mortality in our case study. We agree with other authors in the adventages that this minimally invasive method offers to the operatory treatment of the vesicular lithiasis.
