Abstract

An analysis of the information management from the doctor to the oncologic ill patient is performed, and how it should be delivered, stressing the role of doctors in the relationship with this type of patient according to the personal characteristics of the sivk and of its possible different modalities of emotional response. In this sense, the management of prognosis, treatment and the role of family and society is imbricated.
