Abstract

A total OF 20 patients were treated with Cephtriazone 250 mg plus 5 ml of Ibecaine 2% in unique intramuscular dose, other 20 patients were treated with Sulfamethoxazol- Trimetropine (4 tablest ) with a unique dose uropathogens found were 39 cases Escherischia Coli, 8 Protous and Klebsiella and 5 with staphylococci Asprohyticus. Adverse effects that appeared with higher frequency after the use of different drugs were nausea and vomiting. The best tolerated drug was Cepthriaxone. The terapeuctic effectiveness was measured according to the clinical curative and bacteriological criterio.The drug used in the 20 patients was more effective and they were administred Cephtriaxone with a 100% (p < 0,005), followed by Norflaxacine and Sulfametoxazol-trimetropine, and the effectiveness of 40% was achivied with them.
