Due to the high incidence of colonic neoplasm worldurde, together with breast and lung neoplasma, we decided to present this work which was relevant because of the 16 years old patient with familiar antecedent of intestinal polyposis (father) who presented with an occlusive syndrome and after laparotomy and pathoanatomic study, an adenocarcinoma of transverse colon was diagnosed.
