A 43 years-patient with gastrinoma is presented. His clinical, biological, histopathologic characteristics are stresse; as well as his therapeutic behavior. Finally, we make emphasis on the "apudomas" redesigning ist characteristics, localizations and form of presentation with singular interest in the gastrinoma and Zollinger Ellinson's syndrome. We present ist fundamental aspects and classification.
