With the aim of unifquing and updating criterio related with the techniques applied at neuphrology section, a group of professionals of clinical laboratory speciality carried out a detailed bibliogaphicas review of aspectes such as: urinary sediment, Glomerular filtration rate, quantification of proteins and urinary electrolites, emphazising those requisites for sample colection, precedures for performing the technicians of each primary care lab was performed . Afteewards, the main intresting aspects taugth were gathered and here, the "Manual of Clinical Laboratory test of Kidney Diseases" was elaborated. It was distributed to all clinical Lab of camagüey province, eswell as to Health Technological School and to "Carlos J. Finlay Medical University for inmediate application of its content.
