Abstract

A 50 years old patient is studied. He was diagnosed a modular melanoma, Clark`s stage IV. One year and a half later, she present metastasis at rectosigmoid level, resulting a tumor mass and anemia. She was a surgically intervened, and the diagnosis was metastasis for melanoma. Ten years after, she begins presenting melena and a tumor in epigastrium, exploratory laparotomy was performed. It was found a tumor in transverse colon wich resulted from melanoma metastasis. Biopsi for congelation in the anastomic borders without local infiltration was carried out in both occasions.
