Abstract

A 31 years old patient coming from the maternity hospital with fever syndrome of some evolution works was presented. In our ward, different laboratory exams are precticed, all were negative when appearing a FOD, after wards, a hepatic biobsy was performed and a granulomatosis lesion was proved. When seeing fasciola egges in the conic cups, successful treatment is imposed with Emetine, it was concluded that this fasciola hepatics has a non common form with fever, without eosinophilia.
