A total of 33 illnesses clinical and histologically, were diagnosed; the patients were classified according to age, sex, race and anatomical location of the lesion. The lesions reported with a greater frequency were the epidermoid carcinomas and the leukoplakias; the lower lip, tongue, gums and cheek, were the most affected anatomical places. The correlation between the clinical and histological diagnosis was about a 75.3%. The need of a premature diagnosis of these lesions in its corresponding level of prevention is indispensable.
