membranes, it becomes apparent different grades of malignancy; its main important characteristics are anaplasia, quick growth, local tissular destruction and capacity to make metastasis. Clinical case: a 38 years old, white woman is presented, inveterate smoker and personal pathological antecedents of leukoplasia of the inferior lip, which evolved toward a differentiated invasive squamous cell carcinoma, accompanied by regional ganglionic metastasis. Conclusions: this cutaneous oncoproliferative process is uncommon in the female sex, it is reported fundamentally in men that exceed the sixth decade of life; since it appeared in a 38 year-old patient, associated to the chronic exposure to environmental carcinogens and to the smoking; that propitiated the appearance of premalignant cutaneous lesions (leukoplasia), with high degenerative potential, evolving finally toward a differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.
