Abstract

An exhaustive literature review on some ocular illnesses that constitute frequent causes of ophthalmological visits to any level of medical care of the National Health System was carried out, with the aim of offering up-to-date information on the main causal and clinical elements of these disorders that can be easily examined by students and medicine staff under training, as well as materialized in the daily practice through concrete actions that allow to treat appropriately and apportunely people with ophthalmopathies.
