Abstract

Violence is one of the most widespread social phenomena in the contemporary world. Its impact is shown not only in open conflict situations but also in the solution of simple problems of daily life. Thus, it is possible to state that many people, during some time of their lives, have been victims of it or, failing that, violence perpetrators. The present comment on literature related to this topic was made due to this reason and in order to deepen on the characteristics of this violent act which has an impact on population health from the biopsychosocial point of view.
