Abstract

A descriptive and cross-sectional study about the willingness shown by 16 professors from the Municipal Teaching Polyclinic in Santiago de Cuba to communicate with medical students who received training at the aforementioned institution was carried out during the three-month period from May to July according to the academic course 2009-2010. Research showed that there was an average communication between professors and students and that, designing a didactical strategy to improve interaction among them was essential so as to benefit the teaching-learning process in the institution
