A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out in 15 older adults belonging to the doctor's office no 23 of "30 de Noviembre" University Polyclinic, in order to identify their lifestyle and self-perception on mental health. It was found that the elderly had limited knowledge of the activities they could do in terms of sexuality and lifestyles.
