A study on health systems and services was carried out in order to assess the quality of activities of the brigade for controlling Aedes aegypti breeding sites in "Dr. Carlos Juan Finlay" Polyclinic of Santiago de Cuba, on June 2013, for which an indicator system of structure, processes, results and impact was designed with an integrative final evaluation that favored the assessment of work objectives of this brigade in the surveillance and vector control. All indicators were well and this system was proposed to be applied at different levels of action in the vector control
