Abstract

An investigation in health systems and services was carried out to evaluate the satisfaction degree of 350 users and 12 service workers in the Community Service of Comprehensive Rehabilitation with community base, belonging to "Armando García Aspurú" Teaching Polyclinic in Santiago de Cuba during December, 2011, for which 25 approaches, indicators and standards were established and surveys were applied, validated by means of the coefficient Alpha of Cronbach. When concluding the evaluation, among the criteria that were kept in mind to evaluate the satisfaction of the users and service workers, 8 of the first ones and 10 of the second ones (72.7 and 71.4%, respectively) were appropriate, so that the established standard was fulfilled. It was concluded that both, users and service workers are satisfied with the care received there
