An experimental study, of therapeutic intervention was carried out in 25 first year students, belonging to Faculty 2 at the University of Medical Sciences in Santiago de Cuba, from March to September, 2012, with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of Bach's flower essences in the treatment of school stress. Among the analyzed variables there were: stress level, academic stressors, physical, psychological and behavioural reactions. The absolute and relative frequencies were calculated for qualitative variables, the mean and standard deviation for the quantitative ones, as well as the T test for the paired data with a significance level of 0,05 (p <0,05).
